Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all software products, subscriptions, and prepaid usage credits ("wallet") offered by Shravi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("ShraviTech", "we", "us") through https://shravitech.com and its associated products. Our offerings are digital services delivered electronically; there are no physical goods to ship or return.
Prepaid Wallet Credits
Usage credits (used for metered features such as voice minutes and messaging) are sold on a prepaid basis. Once credits are added to your wallet, the amount paid is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits remain available in your account for use against eligible usage until consumed, subject to these terms.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle (for example, monthly) and are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current paid cycle, after which the subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.
Cancellation
- →You can cancel a subscription at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- →Cancelling stops all future automatic renewals and charges.
- →Cancellation does not generate a refund for the current cycle or for unused prepaid wallet credits.
Exceptions
If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same transaction, or were unable to access a paid service due to a verified fault on our side, contact us and we will investigate. Where a refund is approved at our discretion, it will be issued to the original payment method.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method via our payment partner. Once initiated, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not control settlement timelines set by banks or networks.
