Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, software products, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Shravi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("ShraviTech", "we", "us"), having its registered office at Tower 7, 508, NCC Urban One, Kokapet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500075, India. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you register. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Subscriptions & Billing

Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis billed in advance per cycle (for example, monthly). By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment partner to charge the applicable fees, including automatic renewals, to your selected payment method until you cancel. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes will be added.

Prepaid Usage Wallet

Some features are metered and charged against prepaid credits in your account wallet (for example, voice minutes and messaging). You add credits in advance, and usage is debited from the available balance at the published rates. If your balance is insufficient, metered features may be paused until you top up. Wallet credits are prepaid and non-refundable as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner. We do not store full card details on our servers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of paid features.

Acceptable Use

• →Do not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• →Do not send spam or messaging that violates applicable communication or consent regulations.
• →Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• →Do not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by ShraviTech or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Services.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShraviTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
