    Details

    Competitive exam prep in India is brutally contested, dominated by giants like Physics Wallah, Adda247, and Testbook. The platform had high-quality, concept-driven nursing prep but page-2 visibility, around position 13. The deeper problem was a search-demand mismatch: the site structure did not follow how aspirants actually search, a predictable sequence of exam notifications, then syllabus, then preparation resources, then mock tests and PYQs. And with 90%+ of the audience on mobile, the experience was not built mobile-first.

    Instead of chasing fragmented keywords, we ran a Search Demand Capture Framework across six pillars: competitive and demand mapping against the incumbents; pillar-and-spoke content hubs published daily and mapped to every stage of the journey (NORCET, RRB, ESIC, B.Sc entrances); on-page and mobile-first UX; and AI Search Optimization with FAQ schema, EEAT-aligned content, and YouTube tagging.

    In eight months, impressions grew 437x and the platform moved from page-2 obscurity to the top of page 1 for the queries that drive enrolments. Two things make it durable: topical authority dominated even before technical performance (LCP) was fully fixed, and the AI-ready formatting future-proofs visibility for both Google and emerging answer engines.

    Before the gym could rank or run a single ad, it needed an identity. We built the studio from the ground up: a clear positioning line, a teal-led visual system, and a competitive analysis of its local market's gyms that decided where the studio would stand apart, premium, 1:1, and genuinely welcoming to women in a male-dominated category.

    We then produced the launch ad creatives and the opening offers that brought the first members through the door. This was the foundation: every later engine, the website, the SEO, the AI-search dominance, the paid campaigns, was built on top of a brand that already knew what it stood for.

    Details

    A premium personal-training gym fights for a small, high-intent pool inside a 5km radius, often against chains with bigger budgets. The original React SPA was uncrawlable, so the studio was invisible for the exact searches its future members were typing: “personal trainer near me,” “gym in its local market.”

    We rebuilt the foundation on Next.js, then went neighborhood by neighborhood with eight dedicated landing pages. We turned members into a growth loop with a referral contest (14 referrals from 53 participants) and built a community run club that put the studio at the center of local fitness culture rather than just selling memberships.

    The result is a compounding organic asset. The studio ranks #1 for the money terms, non-brand discovery now outpaces branded search, and across five AI engines it is the gym recommended by name for every premium and personal-training query. Next: the Google map pack, to convert top rankings into booked sessions.

    Details

    A new gym cannot wait for SEO to compound; it needs members now. Before the organic engine existed, paid was the fastest way to put the studio in front of its local market catchment and bring the first leads through the door. Performance Max drove cheap reach, Search captured high intent, and a dedicated Personal Training Promotion went after the highest-value searches at ₹1.17 a click.

    Then we paused all of it, on purpose. The organic and AI-search engine matured to the point where the studio ranks #1 and is the AI-recommended gym in its local market, which made paid optional. The best paid-media outcome is often making paid unnecessary.

    Details

    A low-GI rice brand doing ₹50K a month with a website and a marketer already in place, but no validated way to scale. Spending more was not a strategy.

    We found the engine in the data. Testing across gender, age, and geography surfaced a core that drove 40% of revenue: men 25-45 in Hyderabad. When CAC climbed from ₹400 to ₹800, we didn't suppress it; we measured lifetime value at ₹2,500 over six months and made the deliberate call to prioritize acquisition over repeat, because the math justified it. When cheaper copycats entered on the same sourcing, we defended with brand-led and awareness campaigns and opened a new geography in Bangalore.

    Revenue grew 5X in three months, and the brand has stayed a partner across scale-up, market defense, and expansion since 2023, a long-term growth partner rather than a one-time vendor.

    Details

    A ready-to-eat Indian meal with no online sales and no validated positioning. The product could be sold a dozen ways, and the team needed data, not a hunch, to pick the one that would actually move revenue.

    We ran the decision as an experiment: two campaigns, identical audience and product, different message, “daily healthy food” versus “travel-friendly food.” Travel-friendly won by 2X, so we narrowed again to international travelers and rebuilt the creative around them. That same insight is now going offline, with conversations underway with a major airport operator for a major airport stall and a major airline for in-flight placement.

    From a standing start, the brand went 0 to 1 online and 4X on revenue, on a positioning framework that now drives both its digital and offline strategy.

    The brand's storefront loaded in 12.9 seconds on mobile, where most D2C food traffic lives. That single number was quietly taxing every rupee of ad spend and depressing organic rank before a single creative was even tested.

    We did a performance-first Shopify rebuild focused on Core Web Vitals, the rendering path, and technical hygiene, taking mobile performance from 38 to 84, desktop to 99, and LCP from 12.9s to 3.6s with a perfect SEO score. Fixing the foundation meant the positioning and the ad spend finally converted instead of leaking at the door.

    The brand's influencer content ran on creative guesswork, generic briefs and unpredictable drop-off. Only 18% of viewers made it past the first three seconds, the moment that decides whether a reel performs at all.

    We turned briefing into a science. Using a content-analysis tool, we reverse-engineered the exact visual framing and audio cues in top competitor reels, found that a pain-point visual in the first 3 seconds followed by a before/after at the 10-second mark beat generic aesthetic openings, and replaced vague guidelines with frame-by-frame, timestamped scripts.

    Hook retention jumped 74%, blended CAC fell 32%, and revision cycles dropped 60%. Every brief became a testable hypothesis rather than a guess handed to a creator, strengthening ingredient-led storytelling for its product lines.

    Details

    Retail distribution runs on high-frequency, low-margin sales across fragmented routes. The client's salesmen and accountants managed it on paper invoice books and manual ledgers, a process that was error-prone, leaked on collections, and was impossible to audit in real time.

    We built a real-time Progressive Web App that digitized the entire workflow, from invoice onboarding to payment matching to a tamper-proof audit log. It installs via Add to Home Screen with zero app-store friction, runs on low-end devices, auto-reconciles cash, GPay, and check against outstanding invoices, and gives managers a live dashboard instead of an end-of-day tally.

    It saved field staff about an hour a day and accountants two to three, eliminated balance discrepancies entirely, and returned 18x+ ROI against an ERP or a dedicated auditor. More than a digitization project, it replaced a paper-based trust problem with a system-verified one, where the audit log alone turns “he said, she said” disputes into a non-issue.

    In niche B2B, people don't browse, they search with clear intent. We rebuilt the site around intent-driven service categories, mapped the high-intent queries clients actually use, fixed technical SEO and indexing, and added clear enquiry flows to turn visitors into leads.

    A leadership-training firm led by a decorated armed-forces veteran sells on credibility, and its website was quietly working against it: weak mobile performance, soft accessibility, an SEO score capped at 85, and only half-ready for the AI agents that increasingly mediate discovery.

    We rebuilt the site around Core Web Vitals, accessibility, technical SEO, and AI-agent readiness, then benchmarked it head-to-head against the old site before taking it live.

    The startup engineers a near-zero-energy desalination system, founded by armed-forces veterans and backed by a leading institutional incubator. Serious deep-tech credentials, undercut by a website that was an unfinished Wix template: the title read “Home | Mysite,” the footer said “© 2035 by My Site,” and the social links pointed at Wix's own accounts.

    We rebuilt it into a fast, fact-rich, investor-grade site, a clear technology explainer, a live project page for its demonstrator site, validation signals, and market context, in a brand that matches the engineering. This was a website rebuild, not an SEO project; the search gains came as a byproduct.

    Mobile performance jumped 70 to 91 and SEO 92 to 100, but the real win is what the scores cannot see: a credibility instrument for a company courting the Navy, ports, and institutional investors.

    The brand, a premium alumni-led after-school center for K-10, was launching a new line of physical skill-building puzzle books for children 5-12, moving from a trusted offline service into a cluttered, low-ticket publishing market. Three problems at once: execute a 0-to-1 launch on a modest budget without diluting the premium center, build across both a high-intent aggregator (Amazon) and a margin-friendly DTC store, and reposition the books from “homework pressure” to an essential, screen-free investment in 16 skills schools neglect.

    We built a dual-engine retail strategy. Positioning, engineered by its founders, framed the ₹350 books for the “intentional parent” around skill gaps, screen-free bonding, and gifting urgency. We stood up an owned Shopify storefront to capture first-party margins and a professional Amazon brand store with optimized listings and visibility coupons. Then a full-funnel campaign carried the buyer journey: Meta and Instagram at the top, exact-match Google Search in the middle, and aggressive Amazon Sponsored Products and Google Shopping at the bottom.

    The line went from unlisted prototype to a review-generating retail engine in its first 30 days, reaching ₹56,000/month combined. The dual model captured instant high-intent volume on Amazon while building an independent, first-party DTC asset, a repeatable playbook for launching each subsequent book level to a proven, warm audience.
