Shravi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides software-as-a-service and digital products. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no physical shipping or courier delivery is involved.

Service Activation & Delivery

Access to paid services is delivered electronically. Subscriptions are activated on your account immediately after successful payment confirmation. Prepaid wallet credits are added to your account balance immediately upon successful payment. In rare cases of payment-processing delay, activation occurs as soon as the payment is confirmed by our payment partner — typically within a few minutes.

Accessing Your Service

Once activated, you can access your subscription features and wallet balance by signing in to your account. A confirmation is sent to your registered email. If you do not see your subscription or credits reflected shortly after a successful payment, please contact us with your transaction reference.
